The Department is responsible for: • production and distribution of Continuous Assessment (CA) documents to schools; • collection and collation of CA scores from schools; • evaluation and validation of certificates; • evaluation visit to schools (public and private) to monitor the effective use of Continuous Assessment documents. • supervision of Guidance Counselors (G&C) activities in schools. • collaboration with Ondo State Action Committee on Aids (ODSACA) for training and retraining of Principals, Headteachers and Subject teachers in Family Life, HIV and Health Education (FLHE). • procurement and distribution of psychological test instruments.
